Where does your cost data come from?

Our rates come from the supplier relationships we have formed to integrate with their catalogs. In addition, we track labor rates across the country to make sure we're staying up to date with the fluctuations. Our costs update on a daily basis for every single city in the US.

Can your pricing be localized to my area?

Absolutely, your estimate will be localized to any location in the United States. When you create an estimate, we'll ask for your project location. Handoff will then generate your estimate with accurate rates specific to that location.

Do you have an online community for customers?

Do you have an affiliate or ambassador program?

We currently offer both an affiliate and ambassador program! Affiliates earn commission when a new user signs up through your link. Ambassadors earn incentives like cash payments and gift cards for creating content for Handoff.

Do you offer homeowner financing options?

Yes, Handoff's Pro and Custom plan users can offer homeowner financing options through our partner Acorn Finance, on every proposal. This is an optional offering at no cost to you!

Does your AI read my drawings, photos, and other files?

Yes, Handoff users can upload almost any relevant file type like drawings, photos, and other documents. Our AI can extract important information from files such as square footage, quantities, material lists, and more. These can then be used to generate estimates more accurately.
